What are your shipping options?
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. All shipping typically takes 5-7 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary based on the products, weight, and destination.
For PVC fittings:
we offer free shipping on all orders over $3,000 before taxes.
For Flooring:
Orders within New Jersey State:
- $125 for the first pallet,
- $75 for each additional pallet.
Orders in United States outside New Jersey State:
- $250 per pallet.
- $1800 dollars if every 24 pallets.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States only. International shipping to other countries is not available at this time.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's progress on the carrier's website. You can also check your order status by logging into your account and viewing your order history.
What if my package is damaged or lost?
We take great care in packaging all orders to ensure they arrive safely. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. For lost packages, please wait until the estimated delivery window has passed before contacting us. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve any issues and ensure you receive your order or a full refund.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address if the order hasn't been processed yet. Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address, but you may be able to contact the carrier directly to request a delivery change or redirect the package.
Do you offer in-store pickup?
No, we currently do not offer in-store pickup. All orders must be shipped to the provided address.
